Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the WAZ Outdoor website (wazoutdoor.com) and any purchase of WAZ Outdoor products. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products & Custom Orders

All WAZ Outdoor furniture is custom manufactured to order. Each piece is made to the customer's specification of size, fabric and finish. As such, orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

Standard lead-times are 6–8 weeks from confirmation of order and deposit receipt. Lead-times may vary during peak periods; we will advise accordingly.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price published at the time of order confirmation applies.

A 50% deposit is required to commence production. The balance is due prior to delivery or collection.

4. Delivery

Delivery within the Western Cape is included for most orders. National and international shipping is quoted separately. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.

5. Warranty

WAZ Outdoor products carry a 2-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects under normal outdoor use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow care instructions.

Fabric fading due to UV exposure over time is a natural process and is not covered under warranty.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns are not accepted unless the item is materially defective. Please inspect your furniture upon delivery and report any concerns within 48 hours.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photographs, product designs, text and branding — is the property of WAZ Outdoor and may not be reproduced without written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Western Cape High Court.
